Emotional eating may be a way to help emotional issues. The book also opened my eyes to why people willingly create drama in their lives. A frequent guest on television and radio programs, she has written for and been featured in TieMs. I read this book many years ago, and it was one of many that finally showed me that there was a way out of the trap of eating for emotional reasons. While trying some sort of psychoanalytical approach inside, this book is based on the idea that you need to recall your childhood problems, discuss them and, of course, blame many of your current problems on them, especially on your parents.
